Mon. 3/16 6:45PM Cell Tower Issue Panel Discussions with FUHSD/Verizon

To address the recent tension between parent/community groups in Lynbrook and Cupertino HS, FUHSD District Board and Verizon regarding the new cell tower installation on campus, UAAFA (United Asian Americans for Activism) will hold a symposium on the evening of 3/16, for the community to provide exchange platform for the exchange of views and ideas. To maximize the use of discussion time, parents can email questions in advance to info@uaafa.org.

The panelists include School District Board trustees Hung Wei and Bill Wilson, Wallace Iimura from the TICC (Technology Information and Communication Commission), and Verizon representative. Symposium will be chaired by 2014 Lieutenant Governor candidate George Yang (Yang Chengzhi). Activities will be conducted in English, the time and place as follows:
