FUHSD board members and superintendent:

In 2005, ATT tried to install a cell tower in Monta Vista high school. One of board members told us:" ATT withdrew it due to parents' opposition." However, after our investigation, the fact is: FUHSD board withdrew the lease agreement so that ATT had to go away. FUHSD is the one make this plan failed, not ATT. If you need proof, we can show you documents from Cupertino city. Please do not mislead us towards the wrong direction.

We wonder why you-----FUHSD board members treat Lynbrook and Cupertino high schools differently of Monta Vista high school on cell tower installation. In 2005, FUHSD board withdrew ATT plan after parents got 600+ signatures against this proposal and a meeting with ATT, because board members listened to Monta Vista parents' voice and stood up to protect the health of students. However, this time, we collected 3--4 times of signatures of Monta Vista high school collected, sent a lot of emails against cell tower installation, met with several board members and Verizon representatives, showed our strong opposition in several board meetings, but you still would not deny Verizon's proposal, and push forward by ordering unnecessary reports. Two of current board members including President Barbara Nunes were board members in 2005. Both of you shall remember what happened at that time. But on 02/03/2015 public hearing about Verizon's proposal, facing more than 50 parents' strong opposition to this proposal, Barbara Nunes said: "We will vote "YES" Immediately if you are so noisy." Is it what shall be said by an elected government officer, especially president of school district board? We have to ask "Are the health of students in Cupertino and Lynbrook high school less important than Manta Vista high school?" "Are the parents' opposition from these two schools less important than opposition from Manta Vista high school?" "Is this a discrimination on social class?"

According to Code of Ethnics for Board of Trustees- BB 9271 Board Bylaws, the duty of a trustee isRise above partisanship and to keep in mind that he/she represents, at all times, the entire community and that the schools are being maintained for the benefit of the whole public and not for any group or portionDoes FUHSD board only care one school's voice but don't care other schools' voice? If so, how could the board represent whole community?

Please put this into the public record.
