FUHSD board members and superintendent:

We met with a city council and a school board trustee, and had pleasant talk with them. We were told FUHSD violated Brown Act TWICE because you expelled news reporters out of public meeting place on 03/03 at Monta Vista high and 04/07 at Lynbrook high. A newspaper reported your violation on 04/08/2015. The news reporter never met this situation. They wonder what wrong with FUHSD is and how you could did it TWICE. It's obvious violation. If you want to see the newspaper copy, we can send you. That is record of your violation. Now your violation is well known by public. This is also a legal basis of law suit. Here is related link about Brown Act: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_Act,   http://ag.ca.gov/publications/2003_Intro_BrownAct.pdf

We really wonder how you could do this, especially President Barbara Nunes has been board member over 10 years. We'd like to ask Ms. Barbara Nunes: "Don't you know what Brown Act is?" The Ralph M. Brown Act, located at California Government Code 54950 et sec., is an act of the California State Legislature, authored by Assembly member Ralph M. Brown and passed in 1953, that guarantees the public’s right to attend and participate in meetings of local legislative bodies.  Or you do know it, but violated on purpose?

If it happens again at any board meeting, especially on 05/19 public hearing, the whole board is violating Brown Act on purpose, because all of you are noticed.

Please put this letter into public record and send to anyone who request public information like communication on related issues.
