Letters to FUHSD‎ > ‎

Tuesday April 14, 2015 -- "Public record shall be delivered in time, accurately, truly and completely"

FUHSD board members and superintendent:

We requested documents related to cell towers installation in Cupertino High and Lynbrook High in past 3 weeks. Legally, they shall be ready within 10 days. However, we don't have any documents so far, except leases and a Verizon report disclosed to us more than a month ago. We were told it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks or more to get documents we requested. We wonder why it take so long. At least part of them are simple documents and shall be disclosed within 10 days, i.e how you ordered analysis reports (you ordered a report from William Hammett by February 23rd, and planned to have another person take data at Lynbrook High on April, 24th), regular mails and your emails with cell companies and with other board members or district staff,  and related document you got regarding cell tower issue. They are not complicated documents, especially the documents regarding analysis report-----how you ordered it, from whom you ordered etc. The first time we requested analysis report information is 02/27/2015. Today is 04/14/2015. It's been 45 days. There is nothing regarding analysis report disclosed to us so far.

Here we want to remind all of you: the documents we requested are public records. They shall be delivered in time, accurately, truly and completely. If anyone of you delay the document delivery on purpose, so she/he has time to edit, hide, revise or delete original record, that's not only an unethical issue, but a CRIME for a government officer. We are sure none of you want to do it. And none of you will ask others to do it.
